During this residency a friend and I took a two day coarse about Mycology (shroom knowledge) at Royal Roads University. After two days of indoor and outdoor study, the mysterious world of fungi was a little less mysterious, we had learned how to erase what I can only describe as 'mushroom stigma.'
Now when the question arrises "can I eat that mushroom?"
I can quickly respond with "where did you find that!"
